Communication.
Paritrave has systems in place for clients, partners and team members to know every detail of the project 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We take pride in keeping our communications current and timely and OPEN. Our clients and partners are always given solutions, we don’t believe in handing problems out to others. We strive to over-communicate so the owner and team can make the best possible decisions for the project. All aspects of the client’s project is “OPEN BOOK” this means everything from budgets and schedules to safety measures, inspection results and quality assurance updates. We collaborate as a team with the Owner and trusted Architects to achieve our open book policy.
Schedule.
Properly scheduling any construction project is an art that Paritrave has perfected. Our team is acutely aware of the schedule being a driving force for both budget and quality. Through our proprietary scheduling process every project is evaluated on a weekly basis to ensure the schedule is on track to meet our client expectations. We hold an open book policy which means the Owner, Architect and all project partners will know what is taking place on the project currently, what is in-line to take place next and what to expect to be happening three weeks out. When changes in schedule take place all parties will know immediately through our open communication policy.
Job Site Safety
Construction and Project safety is the #1 factor for achieving a successful project. Paritrave is 110% committed to all safety parameters being met and addressed at every level. It all starts with our team members. Paritrave’s field and project management team are all OSHA 30 Hour, CPR and First Aid certified.
With a fully certified team we not only assess the safety concerns but have a forward focus on staying ahead of the curve with “all eyes” on the oversight. To reinforce our safety measures all field team members perform weekly “Toolbox Talks” during Foreman’s Meetings and the Superintendents follow up our Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
For each project, we create a Project Specific Safety Manual and see that all team members are versed in it. A few items this manual includes are hazardous agents or materials, construction techniques, and OSHA safety requirements to project specific needs.
We all succeed with each team member working together as a responsible and proactive part of the process.
Cost Control.
OPEN BOOK. ALWAYS.
Budget is a part of our “Golden Triangle” with Schedule and Quality. The trifecta is staying on budget, on schedule with high quality. Often times you can only pick two of the three. Budget is AWLAYS an open book policy at Paritrave. The Client, Architect, and team members will have up to date information on where the money is being spent and when. If there are change orders (whether it be client driven or unforeseen necessity) Paritrave will provide our “GOOD, BAD, & UGLY” options. Never will a decision be made without approval from the client.
Quality Control.
Ensuring Quality Control and Quality Assurance are two major components for a successful project outcome. Paritrave administers a thorough Quality Control program that is backed by our Quality Assurance process. The first step to exceeding expectations is our “QC Plan” that is a written management program that is defined at the beginning of every project. Our plan defines the processes, practices and procedures that are in place prior to the project start. Through collaboration with the O/A/C team the quality requirements will be defined for each specific project that will enhance Paritrave’s standard Quality Control program. The Quality Assurance plan will outline our inspection requirements and timing of inspections that will be prepared in written reports. Our QC and QA processes are communicated with the team throughout the building phases.
